When the File Download pop-up appears, select Save.

NOTE: As another option, the file can be opened first to your default Zip program, by selecting the Open button. The files can then be saved to a specific location and extracted afterward.

When the Save as pop-up appears, navigate to the location where you want to save the file and select save.

Select the back button on the browser to return to the previous help page.
